the service was quick but the samples werent labelled which made id more difficult to ask more questions of the supplier about costs (i had to photograph the samples rather than just refer to a name or number which i note other companies have provided so theres no risk o mixup . One of them had some glue balls stuck on it which was a bit weird for a sample.
